"I was impressed with The aesthetics of my room. It was clean, recently updated and had a nice peaceful feel to it. I wasn’t sure how things would go without on-site check-in but even when my door didn’t unlock right away with the code they gave me I was able to text someone and get it resolved within minutes. "Staff was nice <3"

"Staff are friendly and easy going. Would have given it a better rating, but we requested a fridge when we booked but didn't get a room with one. Staff said he had no idea which rooms had fridges and microwaves because they weren't marked on his sheet and the computer didn't have the information so it was a hit or miss."
