I had a gift card that in wanted to use for a partial payment and because at the time of booking I was t ready to pay for the room I didn't use the gift then at that point so I was prepared to use it last night and put the remainder of the room on my other card..the guy at the front desk nmksiyed that I had to use the cars that I booked the room with so I tried to contact hotels.com.with minimal help but after to testing in the chat forum for over 30 minutes I decided to simply log in to the app on a different phone and book the same room using the gift card and paid balance on my debit card and It eVen saved me $110 so in this case although some what of a headache it ended up costing the hotel some money simply because they didn't want to split the payment for the room.."

"Very modern with many outlets for electronics. The bathroom floor looked dirty but think it was poor maintenance or lack of construction clean up. After GPS told us we had arrived it was hard to figure out how to get to it because it was behind another hotel. Signage at ground level would have been helpful. If you are a coffee drinker the Bean to coffee was nice along with the free breakfast. It was only a short drive to several dining options."
