"My sons and I like staying there when fishing. The price has gone up to the point where we don't stay as long as we used to or pull up a camper. Everything is clean and handy when parking our boat. This year we had trouble with our boat trailer and Terry was very helpful looking for a mechanic and allowing us to leave our boat and trailer there until we could get back to fix it, We will stay again!"

"Had a room mixup at the start but the staff member was really nice and immediately helped. The room we stayed in was clean, had a nice big bathroom with a good shower. The bar in the hotel was nice, also the pull tab machines. You can order food there like a restaurant, and the food is really good."
"We were greeted at the front desk by a very nice gal. Coffee was available and delicious. The attendant gave us a referral to a very nice dining experience. She was terrific. We came down for coffee in the morning. The coffee was empty. When my son told the attendant about it he grumbled and told my son to drink decaf. Not very nice. Also, there was no breakfast left, and no one that was concerned about it even though we asked. We were well before breakfast hours were over. I hate to give this motel a bad review as one snarky young man caused it. He definitely needs an attitude adjustment and a different job."
"I was extremely pleased with my stay at Roosevelt Inn and Suites. The hotel was extremely clean and quiet, staff were very friendly and helpful, and the hotel was decorated like a comfortable home instead of a sterile hotel, complete with animal mounts, treasures from the past, and a western theme throughout. Time and effort was clearly put into the decor. Also, the breakfast was excellent, and small amenities during the day and evening, such as complimentary lemon water, coffee/tea, chocolate chip cookies, and “badlands brownies” again made the hotel feel like staff truly cared about those that are staying there. A lot of little “ above and beyond” details to make a persons stay special. Price point was also great—much less expensive than hotels in Medora! I will definitely recommend Roosevelt Inn and Suites to others visiting Roosevelt NP and even Roosevelt presidential library!"
"bathroom tub/shower and sink were spotless clean!!! They have a good sized refrigerator with freezer, stove and microwave in room. The bed was comfortable enough for a couple nights. The location was great, about 30 min from Theodore Roosevelt national park. Budget friendly place to stay!"
"This was our first time staying at a Microtel. Our room was spacious and clean. Outlets to plug things in were very hard to reach and difficult to plug in. The outlets were underneath a desk and under a nightstand. My husband is in late 60’s, so it was annoying for him to have to get on hands and knees to find the outlet to plug in. Bed was very comfortable and the towels were large, fluffy and plentiful. Staff were very friendly and helpful except for breakfast. There wasn’t a dedicated breakfast host, so things kept running out (plates, coffee cups, silverware, food), and guests had to ask front desk staff to replenish. We’ve never stayed at a Microtel before, so this was our first time. I would say it’s an average hotel. Except for the friendly staff and great location (close to restaurants and town), it wasn’t anything special."
