"The beds were fine, but the sofa bed is not comfortable. We had enough towels, but they were not soft. Hot water wasn't hot. The blackout curtains were great and the room size was GREAT."

"This gets a high rating because for the price it’s a great deal. We spent under $400 a night for a room that overlooked the beach with a deck, had a kitchenette, and parking was easy. This is the second time we have stayed here, they are making improvements. I’m hoping they will keep their cost down so it remains an affordable option for families. Pros: staff friendly, location, price, fairly clean, kitchenette, parking. Cons: older building, old appliances in room, noise from the boardwalk, small pool/hottub. I would stay here again."
