"My first room was bottom floor and quite dated. Something must have been spilled and missed during cleaning as there were fruit flies everywhere. The staff was great and got maintenance on it immediately. My second stay was a top floor room and was immaculate. Beds were super comfortable. The outdoor area had lots of comfy sitting in both sun and shade locations. Definitely would go back!"

"Wonderful location. Attended a concert at the ampitheatre. The staff was extremely hopeful in advising on dinner choices. We will definitely use this hotel as a go to in Charlotte."
