"Loved the fact it has a speaker to the Haram so you could join Jamaat in your room or the mosque downstairs. Haram is only a 7 minute walk and it such a nice easy route. Service was first class"

"Corridors smell of food, room was dark and dull , poor lighting , the location was great. Break is quite poor and felt rushed , like a canteen environment. Rooms are run down and need to be modernised. Not really value for money "

"Everything was ok. Only thing I highly recommend a hotel like this is to mount their safe to the wall. Safe is not attached and I couldn’t leave anything in it. Breakfast could be more creative. Had to pay 200sar extra to stay another 4 hours because of my delayed flight. "
