"I was there at the beginning of summer so very few people, which was a shame. Hotel staff were all extremely friendly, polite and helpful. Did not use the beautiful pool because it was just too hot. Excellent turnaround time for laundry service which we took advantage of twice. Very nice breakfast buffet. Lovely view of the Nile from our two bedroom, two bathroom suite."

"A very bad place. The rooms are dirty and the bathroom are dirty. I was charged twice because before my arrival ,payment had been made.After my arrival they asked me to pay and they said they didn’t receive any payment "
