“Very contemporary and shirked. Small rooms, but that is to be expected with super contemporary design in urban areas. Location is fantastic. You can walk to all the sites and restaurants in the old town.”
“유럽 호텔치고는 깨끗하고 특히 샤워시설과 베드가 넓습니다. 다만 호텔 위치가 이민자 지역인지.. 바로 앞에 중국/인도/이란 등등 각국 식당이 다 모여 있어 밤늦게 다니기에는 위험하고 시끄럽습니다. 그리고 여기 프론트 직원들의 영어가 정확하지 않고 굉장히 불친절 합니다. 그냥 숙박만 이용한다면 추천합니다”
“제네바역 바로 앞이라 위치가 엄청 좋아요! 다른 도시로 이동하기도 좋고 제네바역에 버스도 많이 다녀서 시내 관광지로 이동하기도 좋습니다~ 얼리체크인도 해 주고 짐도 보관해주고 직원들도 매우 친절했어요^^ 제네바역 metro shopping center에 약국이랑 coop 등 다 있어서 필요한 거 구입하기도 좋았습니다.”

“Breathtaking view of the lake and mountains from our room, the rooftop bar, and the ground floor restaurant. Our room wasn’t completely prepared when we arrived but they quickly remedied and brought us everything we needed and small touches like a welcome biscuit. Excellent customer service! ”

"The employee are not kind.
They said I couldn't check out before 7 a.m., so I checked out the night before. And the next morning, when I left at 6:30, there was no one at the front desk, so I took water from the regri at front desk. Suddenly, an employee came out and asked why I was taking water as I wanted, and said that I had to ask for it first.
There was no one around at the time so I had no choice but she treated me like a thief and ask if I was a hotel guest.
The staff didn't even ask us again if we needed water as we left, and I continued my trip in a very bad mood all day.
Another problem is that the hotel front desk is not open 24 hours a day. Is this the guest's responsibility?
The room quality is not that good and the bathroom is too narrow. I will never visit this hotel again."
