"Nice hotel. Room was a good size with enough closet and drawer space to unpack if needed. Cleaned our room as requested, although our daughter’s room wasn’t cleaned on time. Minor inconvenience. The shower is small since our bathroom had a big soaking tub which is great if you prefer baths and not showers, but we prefer the bigger shower which my daughter’s room had. We liked the bath accessories, good brand. We did not get the upgraded room with Expedia VIP status, disappointing. And we had to push for a higher floor since initially our room was on the lowest third floor in a 67 floor hotel. The checkout option on the TV did not work, and the line for checkout was too long. We were told it is auto checkout at 11AM local time and a receipt will be mailed within the hour. It’s now been almost 24 hours and no emailed receipt yet received. Food wise, many options. Breakfast, we did takeout from two of their cafes since there is no coffee maker in the room. Lunch at VIDA restaurant was great with good service and food. Dinner one night at Mother Wolf was very good. Definitely make a reservation. Great Italian food with fresh made pasta. This is a good hotel location and getting Uber was no problem. Very big hotel which is par for Vegas, a little on the newer side. But they need to work on their check in and out system."
