“The location was perfect. When we arrived we paid for parking at hotel and didnt need to use our vehicle at all during the weekend. Everything we chose to do was walkable and we used the mono rail to go to the waterfront. The only complaint was the website and the voucher we received during check in listed a variety of complimentary drinks to choose from ( 1 a day) and we were there for 2 days and were given different answers by different staff but basically were told they no longer offered...

“This hotel far exceeded our expectations. Every aspect of the design and decor was so thoughtful and bespoke with amazing attention to every detail. The staff were incredibly attentive and helpful. Their barista made an exceptional complimentary cappuccino! We also loved the plant filled arboretum-like entrance and vibrant art work, dark color drenched walls contrasting with the blonde wood floors and woven carpet. The hotel is well situated near Lumen Field and an easy walk to Pike Place...

“직원의 환대가 고마웠고... 객실 업그레이드 해주고 뷰도 좋은 쪽으로 해준다하여 기뻤으나... 방에 가보니 원래 예약한 그대로였다. 이미 자정을 넘은 시간이고 다음 날 일찍 나가야해서 그냥 잤다. 직원이 일부러 그랬다고 생각하지는 않지만... 그래도 아쉬웠다. 엘리베이터앞에 물과 커피도 준비되어 있고, 직원들도 친절하다. 욕실 온수도 콸콸 나오고 스타벅스 캡슐커피 머신도 있다. 다만, 밤에 걸어서 가기엔 주변에 약에 취한건지 술에 취한건지 배회하는 사람들이 많아 출입구에 가드가 있는 이유를 알 수 있었다. 아침에 나갈 땐 대부분 사라지고 없었다.”

“거리 쪽에 있는 방은 밤에 아주 시끄럽습니다. 투숙하는 동안 시끄러운 차소리에 잠들기 너무 힘들었습니다. 잠이 들어도 계속 해서 시끄러운 소리에 깼습니다. 이곳에 머물 계획이면 도로 쪽 방에 머물지 말기를 추천드립니다. ”

“객실과 화장실은 깨끗했으며 직원분들이 친절해서 편하게 있다 왔어요”
