"Breakfast was not great."

"Great location. Hotels could use some updating, some leaks in ceiling and has musty smell in bathroom. As a woman, safety was a bit concerning. Late at night, even though there should be someone at the desk, both nights no one was around, If they were in the back office, didn’t even peak out as we were looking around the lobby. And you didn’t need a card to get in the building. Anyone could walk in and have access to any floor. In addition, our last night at 6:30 am the AC unit broke and woke...

"Dirty floors and outright frightening and dangerous and noisy rusting stairs to 2nd level with varyingly sized stair treads. Curtains didn't block much light . Breakfast a bit of an insult"

"The person whom we first dealt with at check-in around 1:00 pm seemed to be easily confused. We asked to pay upon departure but were charged ahead of time to an account we would not have chosen. She assured us twice that breakfast was on the second floor instead of the obvious dining area right beside us. Everyone else was great."

"Room was clean and comfortable. You can tell this hotel gets some heavy use from BGSU and is showing a bit. Breakfast was disappointing for a Hilton property with convenience items really scaled back."
