“The Ashville Guesthouse is a charming property just on the outskirts of Westport. The room was spacious, clean and quiet and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was freshly prepared with something for every taste. The full Irish breakfast was excellent. Hilary and Oliver are exceptional hosts and make their guests feel very comfortable. I highly recommend this B&B and will book again if my travels take me back to the area.”

There were no lamps in the room, the outlets were hard to access, the shower caulking was falling apart, and the wifi didn't work in the room so I had to hotspot. Okay for one night but would have been difficult to have an extended stay. The location is of course superb and the staff at the coffee shop is really lovely and super helpful. ”

“I absolutely loved my stay at Westport Woods Hotel and Spa! It’s in such a charming area right by the quay, with plenty of walkable dining options and a small grocery store just around the corner. The staff were incredible - so welcoming and helpful. Everything was very clean, the buffet breakfast was top notch, and the pool, sauna, and steam room were a lovely bonus. It was the perfect place to reset and recharge after staying in hostels. I would absolutely stay here again!”

“The heat is controlled by the staff and is turned on from 9-11:00pm (only) It was extremely cold ( it actually hailed in the afternoon) and I had to ask for a second comforter - in addition to the extra blanket in the closet. ”

“Super séjour au Castlehouse B&B dans le Connemara ! L’emplacement est vraiment incroyable, en pleine nature avec une vue magnifique sur les montagnes et pas loin de la mer. C’est parfait pour explorer le parc national et les alentours comme Kylemore Abbey. Le gros point fort : l’accueil. John est extrêmement sympathique, toujours prêt à donner des conseils et à aider pour organiser les visites. On se sent vraiment comme à la maison.
