“We were given room keys and when we went into the room, it hadn’t been cleaned. The beds were messed up and trash was still left on the dressers. We immediately went back out to the front desk and Katherine apologized and moved us to a different room. When we went in to that room, it appeared clean but the bathroom sink was full of dirty water. Katherine came in and fixed it immediately. The room itself looked like they did minimal paint and improvements to make it “look” updated. The bathroom...

“We stayed 3 nights. Room was very comfortable and clean . Staff very helpful and friendly. We didn’t try the free breakfast, dining area looked nice though. Looked like a popular bar/ restaurant adjacent to hotel, we didn’t get to check out this time.My kids loved the outdoor pool, they practically spent the whole day in the pool, it was great in the hot weather, it has nice long hours, from 9am to 9pm . We will definitely stay here again, on our next visit to Danbury.”

“Nice, big room with a separate sofa and desk area. Almost felt like a little suite. There's not much lobby space ouside of the breakfast room, but breakfast was pretty decent and there's a good diner you could walk to.”
