"The Hot tub was broken. There were a lot of people in the pool area that didnt seem to be staying at the hotel. I had a stranger ask for my name and room number to get into the wifi. I didnt feel safe. "

"Location was good, close to the galleria, NRG, and Toyota center. You pay extra for parking but it comes out of your security deposit ($25/night). Staff was friendly. Room was spacious, lighting dim but windows helped. I communicated with the hotel and requested early check in a week before my arrival since my flight changed, they told me I could pay an extra fee for it which I agreed to but when I got there the room was not ready. Since I stayed for 5 days they said it was required for housekeeping to come in and refresh my room at least one day, they never refreshed my room but did leave new towels on my sink."
