“Check in and out was easy, the staff were friendly and overall we had a great experience. The hotel is located centrally with an easy walk to bars, cafe etc. Parking was a bonus and also one of the reasons I selected the hotel. The hotel itself was quite dated compared to the photos. In saying that though our room was clean and tidy.”

“Comfortable and handy to Waikato Hospital”

“Staff were very friendly and welcoming and helpful. The room was great- all newly refurbished.”

“Our room succeeded our expectations. It was a lovely, tidy, remodelled room. We really enjoyed our stay.”

“Tea towel, although clean was badly stained and should be replaced”
