"The web description is different from the actual room. It's antiquated. The door to the balcony lock was broke. The hot tub was not working the desk agent told me they were balancing the chemicals and should be open soon. The next day it was opening but the chemicals were harsh and caused a skin rash. No food/room service!"

"The staff for the property were excellent. We had left items behind when we left. The manager took time to check the room and talk to house keeping to find them. Much appreciated. The pool and hot tub were both nice and clean and larger than I expected. Breakfast was minimal, waffle maker and cereal. But we didn’t go there for the breakfast. As with most Wisconsin dells hotels, there is always a representative from one of the big resorts pushing for a timeshare or vacation plan. There was one here too. A nice hotel for the price. "

"It’s a great hotel for the price point. Considering it was the off season. Unfortunately our tv channels never worked and we couldn’t watch tv, but we spent little time in the room. Pool and hot tub were nice but the sauna didn't get hot.
