There was so much choice of breakfast items. Tracy and Alan are brilliant hosts. A bonus was the included secure parking area, only a couple of minutes away from the property. The guesthouse is very near to the town centre of Ambleside. Definitely stay there if you are in the area."

"Breakfast was delicious! A variety of home options. Meg said that she orders CANADIAN maple syrop for the pancakes which, we must say, was the best syrup in all of our UK travels. We appreciated it and thanks Meg! The room was really clean with ample drawers and a wardrobe closet for storage as well. John was busy one day cleaning the rooms one day and stopped to talk to us about the history of the house. Really personable and friendly guy. Thanks John! Parking was free (with pass from B&B) and close at kings street car park. It was about 5-10 minutes walk to downtown restaurants and shops. Overall , really great stay. Thanks Meg and John!"
