2/10 Terrible

"Don’t stay here. Room had ac problem which was quickly fixed but then later found out toilet didn’t flush in the middle of the night and there was what appeared to be blood on the toilet. Decided then I would not being staying the 2nd night we booked there. 7am I was up and getting out of there. Told front desk about the toilet and blood issue as I was checking out, since I was not about to tell them in the middle of the night while my family is sleeping and have someone come in the room to try and fix it. Well hotel management would not atleast issue a credit for the 2nd night that we would not be staying there. Checking out at 7am gives ample time for your hotel to actually clean and repair your issues and still rent the room out again. But instead keeping my $200 was more important then keeping a customer happy and doing the right thing. I was willing to lose $200 to not stay there another night if that shows how bad this hotel really is."

2/10 Terrible

"So the only good part was that it was pet friendly. Maybe a little too pet friendly given that there were at least 12 feral cats in the parking lot. I immediately came into my room and was quickly greeted by the “eccentric room neighbors” to say it politely mind you it was 11:00pm at night when we checked in and raining. They were trying to offer their “services”. Ok I regrettably continue on with my night and see the filthiest hotel room. No blanket on the bed, grease marks on all the counters and a thick layer of grime on the floor. I take a blanket and pillow out of my car and lay down on the questionably clean sheets for a unrestful night. I wake up to the loud chatter of other hotel guests and cats fighting in the parking lot. I go to shower and there is NO hot water. At this point I call it a loss and leave. Thank god I didn’t see bugs or I would have just left. Please find another hotel or be prepared for the most regrettable night of your life; second to senior prom."
