Carolina, who assisted us during check-in, was exceptional—very kind, attentive, and thorough in explaining everything about the hotel and its amenities. She even prepared the fire pit for us so we could enjoy the complimentary s’mores, which made the experience even more special. Throughout our stay, Carolina was incredibly helpful, always making sure we had all the information we needed and recommending great nearby restaurants and activities. I called the day prior to let them know, they thought they may have to switch us rooms but they kept us in the same room and gave her all the pampering in the world!
