This hotel is absolutely amazing — simply the best! Everything was perfect: the food was delicious, the rooms were spotless, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The whole place is beautiful, cozy, and full of charm. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back again!!!

The beach was great! Food quality and choices were good. However, I was unable to make reservations to the restaurants that required reservations because they were fully booked for the next 3 days. I stayed at the hotel for 4 nights. When I tried to reserve restaurants they simply said nothing is available and they can’t do anything abt it. They did not try to accommodate every guest. The customer service makes this place like every other Caribbean resort that I have been to.

We loved everything about our stay! On days when we just wanted to lay back and chill we ordered room service and relaxed. We loved hanging out around the infinity pool. If someone told me that I would spend hours standing in the pool and not swim, I wouldn’t have believed it. I can’t say enough great things about our stay!

The restaurant staff are great! The quality of the food is also very good! The site and the hotel in general are very beautiful! The reception staff are not helpful and not good! They are not customer-oriented and not sufficiently trained! The quality of the infrastructure is not good! At the fitness center, many machines are broken down and not repaired! The quality of service at the food truck is inadéquate.

Staff is very attentive from the minute you arrive at the airport until you are dropped off at the airport on your way home. Room service, entertainment dining and customer service are all excellent. Will be returning.

I had an amazing experience here. The food across the board was delicious - definitely had options for everyone. The staff was the best I’ve ever experienced at an all-inclusive. They were basically on the vacation with me lol. The resort itself is gorgeous and very accommodating. The only pitfall was that they didn’t have as many activities/entertainment as I would have liked. It may have been due to the clientele but otherwise, highly recommend.

Sandals Curacao was absolutely amazing. I have nothing but amazing things to say about all the staff, the grounds, the food, the entertainment the rooms etc. The staff at Sandals are truly incredible. Every single member of the Sandals family at this resort was professional, pleasant, accommodating and welcoming. A huge shout out to the entertainment team. From the evening shows “Carnival” “Sensational” to pool volleyball that team was flawless. They are all so friendly and fun. We will ALWAYS choose Sandals wherever we vacation. Beautiful pools, beaches and rooms. Truly a perfect vacation.

Our stay was nice overall but did not come close to the luxury we expected. The staff was nice but customer service was slow and it was clear they were understaffed. Most often you had to track down a staff member in order to get a drink. The restaurants were okay but again there weren't as many options as I would have liked. We didn't feel like there was unlimited food options. The same goes for everything on the resort including hit or miss with the bartenders. The best part hands down was the entertainment. The singers and dancers put a lot of effort into engaging with us and they were great. The property itself was also very nice and walkable.

Wow!!! What an amazing hotel! I’m not usually one for all-inclusives but this one was 10 stars!! The resort was clean and beautiful. The food was 5 Michelin stars and the staff was fantastic. I will say you probably need a better process for the hostess in the breakfast area. They work so hard, bussing tables, setting them and then sitting people and it’s off season . Maybe the wait staff need to bus their own tables. The check in process was easy, but checking out I received 3 phone calls from different people and 2 desk people to plan my checkout and it was a struggle. Each of them giving me different times. In the end it all worked out, just could have been a little smoother. Thank you Sandals I will definitely recommend this resort to others and may even try another one.

While some of the staff was AMAZING a majority of the staff came off as cold and didn’t seem to care about the guests at all. We never got our bags delivered to our room upon checkin. We had to go look for them and they were literally sitting on a sidewalk unattended outside the resort. Club sandals staff seemed liked they didn’t know a lot of information about the resort and again didn’t come off as helpful and that we were bothering them. Food was really good! We especially loved Aolos! The chef Tyler was amazing and we loved Jasper! Zuka was our least favorite. Food was dry and didn’t have great flavor. Overall though we would recommend this resort and return!

The description of the room we reserved was not what we received. After speaking with management initially, we were told our room would be switched the next day. The next day came and when we asked to have our room changed again, we were told there were no rooms available. I then asked to speak with another manager who advised there were no rooms available but she would look for another room. The next day we did receive another room however it still did not match the description of what we reserved. What we reserved was to have been a beachfront room with ocean view. I seat we were placed in a room with a view of a canal. Although the manager tried to meet our accommodation, it still wasn’t resolved. The food here is excellent. The staff, except for a nosy staff member wearing blue who tried to instigate the room reservation matter, was excellent as well. Food and drinks were very good. The property was gorgeous.
