"Place was very clean and nice. Staff was friendly and helpful. Only suggestions: We were way way too far away from the main lobby. It was like a maze each time trying to find our room or get where we needed to go. The rooms 5445+ were way too hard to find. Path to walk from the historical area to the hotel is way way too dark! Need much better lighting and have an emergency button to push incase you need help. It's a good long walk in the dark."

"My stay there was good. It was very Peaceful, rooms were clean. I was excited to have all the different TV channels. If I had to improve anything maybe the bed pillows, they were a little to soft had to use 3 to be comfortable."

"From the moment we walked in we were greeted with a clean lobby and smiling faces. We got to know the staff pretty well and they all made us feel so welcome. The room we stayed in was absolutely clean. We enjoyed breakfast and dinner at this location and enjoyed both. It also offers a shuttle bus service if you want to go to bush gardens or Colonial Williamsburg. You have to pay for parking but that’s ok."
