“The line for check in was long all day. The elevators were strange with one responding to direct calls to the floor you are going to and the others using the usual buttons inside the elevator. One was down the whole time I was there so there were also lines to go up and at least once I waited 10 minutes to catch one down before giving up and taking the stairs so I would not be late for a show. It is a convenient location with little noise and the cost was good. But the reno seems rushed.”
