Hatte ich bereits bei der Smily-Abstimmung getan. Verbesserungswürdig wäre ein Duschbadspender und vernünftige Bügel zum Aufhängen der Sachen. Die Vorhandenen waren nur Protesen !

Ich habe das Zimmer nicht gesehen. Ich habe nämlich gebucht und auf der Straße geschlafen. Deren angeblicher 24h Check in war am schlafen ! Ich will mein Geld sonst klage ich !! 3 Frauen im Dunkeln am warten das jemand endlich das Check in für uns macht

Einfache Unterkunft, soweit i O

Grundsätzlich war uns bewusst, dass es sich um eine einfache Unterkunft handelt - insofern war alles i.O Was allerdings zu bemängeln war, war die schlechte Kommunikation des Personals untereineinander: obwohl Frühstück für 4 Personen beim Check-In angeneldet und bezahlt wurden, lag diese Information an nächsten Morgen (so zumindest die Aussage) nicht vor, so dass das Buffet zunächst abgegrast war. Es dauert dann eine ganzre Weile, bis nachgelegt wurde - und dunkle Brötchen waren z.B. völlig Fehlanzeige. Das Personal war freundlich und bemüht, es blieb aber eben ein unguter Eindruck hängen

Handtuch hat schlecht gerochen, die Betten haben furchtbar geknarrt, Boden dreckig, Spinnweben in den Ecken, im Bad viele Fliesen kaputt, keine Seife im Spender, Durchvorhang und Duschkopf seeeehr verbraucht Das gesammte Zimmer müsste renoviert werden.

Schon bei der Rezeption dachte man, dass es sehr komisch werden wird, da es keine richtige Rezeption ist, sondern ein kleines Büro. Als ich dann mein Zimmer beziehen wollte, wurde mir vom Anblick und vor Allem von dem Geruch schlecht. Das Zimmer roch nach Kläranlage und Kloake gleichzeitig. Auf Bitten mir ein anderes zimmer zu geben, wurde mir ein anderes Zimmer gezeigt, welches jedoch ebenfalls gestunken hatte und nicht sauber war. Aus diesem Grund bin ich direkt ausgecheckt und habe mir ein anderes Hotel gesucht. Auf die 2, von mir geschrieben, Mails, dass mir doch bitte der Preis für die Woche erstattet werden soll, kam keinerlei Antwort.

Mitten in der Nacht vor dem Hotel, keiner da.

Seit über einer Stunde versuchen wir die Rezeption zu erreichen. Niemand nimmt ab, obwohl wir uns zuvor rückversichert haben. Also mitten in der Nacht kein Schlüssel, kein Zimmer ... frieren. Danke für den "tollen" Service!

Sehr nett und man kann mit denen über alles reden

Ich könnte es mir nicht besser vorstellen, 2 Tage wurden bezahlt und ich wollt mir noch ein Tag dazu buchen das ging natürlich problemlos am nächsten Tag

予約していたにもかかわらず、到着時間が少し遅くなると連絡を入れたところ、オーバーブッキングしてるから部屋はないと一方的に断られ、ソーリーと言いながら、電話を切られました。トランジットの合間だったこと、既に夜9時で代替ホテル探しましたが、大きな展示会によりほぼ満室で高額ホテルしか空きがなく、止むを得ず代わりの高いホテルを取りました。 そのあと、エクスペディア経由でクレームを入れたところ、そんなことはなかったがキャンセル費はとらないでやるとので話になりません。エクスペディア側もこの対応に一ヶ月半かけて、いろんな部署をたらい回しにした挙句、事前にエクスペディアに相談しなかったので、何も保証するつもりはないとのこと。ホテル、エクスペディア両方に対して、全く納得がいかないです。みなさん、ぜひ気をつけてください。

Zimmer sind abgewöhnt. Einige Zimmer haben kein Wlan obwohl geschrieben steht. Frühstück kann ich nicht beurteilen. Pluspunkte waren das Chinesische Restaurant gleich auf der anderen Straßenseite und die Parkplätze direkt vor den Zimmern.

Preis - Leistungs - Verhältnis ok

Die Schlüssel wurden durch einen Anruf und einen Code in einem Kästchen hinterlegt. Das hat nur bedingt funktioniert, da jemand wohl einfach alle vorhandenen Schlüssel in ein nicht vorgesehenes Türchen gesteckt hat. Hinterlässt ein etwas schlechtes Gefühl zu wissen, dass alle Schlüssel so einfach zugänglich ist. Das Hotel ist sauber und das Zimmer wurde zur zweiten Nacht gereinigt. Allerdings hat es schon bessere Tage gesehen. Die Möbel sind in Ordnung, aber im Bad sind die Fliesen gerissen. Das wurde ausgebessert. Der Vorhang hing auf halb Acht und wies ein großes Loch auf. Irgendjemand hatte ihn wohl halb herunter gerissen. Das wurde so gelassen. Die Betten haben harte Matratzen, was ich allerdings sehr bequem finde. Alles andere hat gut funktioniert. Würde spontan für eine Nacht nochmal dort übernachten.

Everyone is friendly, the rooms are clean, however they are also a bit worn. I believe there is a renovation underway, half the property was cordoned off. It is more like a MOTEL, not a Hotel. In he morning I could not find anyone at the reception, which was odd. But overall it was fine and inexpensive.
