Beautiful property with happy and helpful staff. Restaurant was busy yet the food was still excellent. We stayed on the first floor and unfortunately we were able to hear the people above us. From the guest walking to using the bathroom. There were also clothes left behind in the dresser from those who stayed in the room before us.

We were pleasantly surprised at the size and comfort of the room for the price. The staff was also very nice everywhere we went. Everything was great and I have zero complaints!!! Ill be recommending Beau Rivage to pretty much everyone I can!

We didn’t stay. The room was filthy. There were stains on the carpet. The shower curtains had what seemed like blood stains. There were toothpaste and other types of stains on the faucets and sinks. There was a layer of thick dust on the bathroom counter edges. The shower faucet had weird rust, I think mold, and other spots. The list goes on…I couldn’t bear to have my family stay there. What a disgrace.

Nice hidden gem. Took a while to cool the rooms and there was no ventilation but its absolutely fine for a short stay with good value.

The room was very spacious and clean, although it needs updating. The toilet rarely flushed properly. There was no ice machine, you had to go to the on-site restaurant to get a bag of ice. The view was great and we never heard any other guests so it was definitely quiet and peaceful. It was only 10 minutes from the beach and had plenty of places to eat and shop within a short distance. The room was missing phone instructions/directory and tv channel list but we weren’t there a lot. Overall, we would stay again.

Great central location for the Wilmington area and nearby beaches. Enjoyed the view of the 1st Fairway and Driving Range from the room's porch, having the onsite Bar & Restaurant is a plus. Facility is well kept, yet a bit dated. The bath/shower was cringe worthy in need of some caulking and TLC for the older fixtures, shower doors, but otherwise spotless. Would definitely choose to stay again. Staff is personable and helpful.

I explained to front desk after making reservations that I was facing knee replacement and needed as few steps as possible and she switched our room to a floor unit, no steps. We ate from Veranda Grill a few times and it was great.

We always love staying at the Beau Rivage! The rooms are clean & spacious, & the property is beautiful & quiet. Easy parking & the staff is friendly! Great Italian food right down the road at Anthony’s pizza & Pasta is a plus! Everything we’ve tried has been fantastic! We are New Yorkers & their pizza is the best we’ve found.

We love staying here. Yes the bathroom is a little outdated but the price is right on and compared to hotels around better. Huge living area.

Beau Rivage Weekend Stay
My family and I truly enjoyed our stay. It was very clean, quiet, and comfortable. There were instances where I needed access to the Internet, but for some reason the WiFi was down. However, it forced me to rest and relax without being consumed by my to-do list.

Overall a good location and hotel. It’s a little old and the windows could use for some better treatments more light blocking curtains. We had the parking lot lights and sunrise coming into the bedroom more than I would like when staying at a hotel. Overall would come back.

This property is capitalizing on Beau Rivage's name. Badly in need of an upgrade. Room was dirty- curtains soiled, food stuck on cabinet, etc. Food was good.

This was our 3rd rimw staying here.We come every summer.Was alittle disappointed this stay there was food under couch from previous guest .The alarm clock didnt work.We never had maid service no one even came to ask us if we needed more towels or empty garbage.Bed was very comfy and the room was huge with bedroom and seperate living

Hotel is tired & in need of an update.
Property was dark and a bit tired. The person who checked us in was incredibly unknowledgeable about the facilities. No idea where the pickle ball courts were, no idea if there was a tennis pro shop, etc. We would not stay here again as the place needed an update.
