“While the staff were nice, the room has mold on the curtains but they claimed it was from water from the AC. There were no night stands to put belongings and the hot water did not work in the shower. ”

“The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The bed was especially cozy, and I appreciated the quiet atmosphere at night. Housekeeping did a great job keeping everything fresh during my stay.”

“Room was clean and the staff friendly. Had an issue in our room with something making a really loud noise repeatedly. There was no way we would be able to sleep through it. Requested a new room, had to send the manager a video of the noise, which was fine. The room that were moved to was the next room over. We were told there were zero other rooms as they were completely booked. On a Wednesday. I do not believe that was true. During our stay, we heard 2 other people in the hallway and...

“We had a great stay at Holiday Inn Express. The ladies at check-in were incredibly helpful and fun, which made for a warm welcome right from the start. Breakfast was fresh, tasty, and everything was kept very clean. Overall, a wonderful experience!”

“The rooms were clean but were starting to show signs of age. The bed would squeak and the mattress would sink in the middle. There was a fly in the room, which took forever to get it out. I thought the decor was nice. The concept is of Airbnb rooms but within a hotel. There’s no onsite front desk but there’s daily maintenance it seems. The living room lodge is cozy, the free cocoa/coffee was great, and the game room/pool was nice. Overall, it was a great value and would gladly return. ”

“It is a place to sleep not a hotel. It is overpriced and its an old place, the foom has wall mounted AC looks like pics on 70’s. Water was cold. The room door is sliding glass to see the dry swimming pool with curtains. I just stayed one night.”
