“Central location, just enough room for the price--you're just sleeping there anyway! Very clean and comfy. Easy to get in and out, and the room had a fridge with a microwave in the hall.”

“very pleasant and comfortable ”

“A sock was on the floor. Flood happened at 1:30 AM. ”

“Bed was comfortable”

“Very safe neighborhood. Conveniently located near a Safeway. The room was comfortably sized for two people, and the bathroom was spotless. Shared spaces are well-maintained and on a separate floor from any living spaces.”

“Stayed on the third floor. Im a smoker so it was super annoying having to use the elevator to go outside. Employees saw me and my friend go out to smoke many times. Get a call saying im going to have to pay a fine for smoking in the room. Obviously we were going outside to smoke. Will not be staying at this Hotel anytime soon!”

“Great location. Little inconvenient the separate bathroom but it was right beside your room.”

“It was a truly terrible stay. The room was small and cramped, the air conditioning was uncontrolled, and the heat was too intense for a good night's sleep. There were so many homeless people nearby that I didn't dare go out for a walk. Even worse, they required check-out at 10:00 AM. I left a message saying my friend would pick me up at 11:00 AM and that the cleaners could come after 10:00 AM. I meant I could wait in the living room without interrupting the cleaning process. However, they...

“I really enjoyed the location of the property because it was near all the cool landmarks.”

“Room was clean but my window couldn’t open my entire stay bc it was previously broken, if you’re a light sleeper I highly don’t recommend staying here as the other tenants were loud and partying, the next morning I was locked inside the hotel bc the main door to get in was broken and I had to climb out the window so I didn’t miss my train, other than that it’s clean and affordable but not planing on staying again.”

“The place is located in a quiet and safe area, close to the subway and supermarket. It was very clean and the host was really kind. The downside is that noise can be heard between rooms. ”

“Clean place to stay , felt safe in the area. It was great to be close to train and bus, easy get downtown and lots of restaurants and coffee shops right in the area. However we had no blanket , I messaged the host multiple times and he always said he was working on it or someone would bring one but no one ever did. It was cold without a blanket or too hot with the heater in the room. Communication was vague and unhelpful. Would be more helpful if host was transparent and clear , communication...

“This is such a terrible stay, I would’ve rather paid for an actual hotel. 1) The lock code on our door wouldn’t work. So after late responses from the owner, they gave us a key to unlock it. 2) They never gave us new towels after ours got dirty, so we had to wash our own via their laundry machines. 3) The parking is so bad, we got a ticket on one day of our stay, then the nearest available spots were the next block over. 4) The last night of our stay we had to be asleep by 10 pm to leave at 5 am...

“This is a entirely communal space just fyi, you can’t use the kitchen after quiet hours and the bathroom isn’t connected to the room. On top of all of this I had to get another hotel because I couldn’t get into the bathroom and had been on the road for hours and it was 2am! I was granted no refund of any sort for this error so choose this place wisely”
