Welcoming and friendly! From the moment we entered Balboa Bay Resort we were treated with warm greetings, and all the staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was very bright and very clean. We would recommend this resort!

The grounds - while not dirty - it needs a freshen up. Outside furniture- needs a freshening . Seemed a bit rundown. Lobby - good -

Good location, close to everything. Right across from airport which my son loved. Nice, good-sized, good temperature pool. Clean beds but some hairs on bathroom floor and in shower (which I despise but my husband and son aren’t bothered lol). Downside: $30 parking fee/night.
