โSuch a lovely hotel. The room (10) had a big wow factor. I forgot we were in a chain - the hotel and room have a proper boutique feel to them. I honestly canโt fault a thing about our stay and have already recommended to friends. โ
โA lovely hotel situated in a good location for exploring the Cotswolds. Superior room was excellent. A nice size with a double shower and bath. Bed was comfy. Hotel restaurant had a good choice and food was of a very good standard. Breakfast particularly set us up well for the day. Hotel staff were also welcoming and very helpful. We would definitely stay here again.โ
โRoom was beautifully styled, bed and bedding very comforting. Staff were lovely and the free biscuits at reception and in the room were a lovely bonus!
One minor issue: sound carried quite loudly from the corridor to my room (though luckily the hotel was quiet so only happened briefly/ a couple of times)โ
โGreat location and parking (ยฃ12.50 a night) one minute walk away from accommodation. Could see issues as you need to download app to add all your details and then email sent separate to complete parking which felt like a chore. Would stay again as felt high end especially the bed but I did stay Sun- Tues so extremely quiet.โ
โLovely cosy and comfortable hotel. Was ideal for us as close to a wedding we were attending. The food in the restaurant was delicious (we had an evening meal there but didn't order breakfast).

โI have stayed in this hotel a number of times and every time is better than the last.
I didnโt give a full 5 star rating this time as the lift was not working. Apart from that everything and everyone was 5 star and I definitely recommend anyone visiting Cheltenham to stay at the Hotel du Vinโ
