“Terrible experience. The property owner was extremely rude. I booked a room for my husband, baby, and I. I followed up via email to confirm how many of us would be expected and asked if they had a cot we could use. They responded positively confirming they would have the cot in our room waiting for us. “I stayed here to attend a wedding nearby. The staff helped me locate the property (wedding goers had parked in front of the sign and hidden it). I had booked a single room and it was ideal for one person. Shower room spacious and worked well.”

“It was a safe warm place to stay if you have no place else. The neighborhood was very interesting with lots to places to eat and shop. It appeared safe so I won't knock it. I just really needed a place to stay due to a cancel flight and it was a short walk from the train station that took me back to the airport. The walk with a carry on luggage was very manageable and lots of food shops and restaurants between the hotel and train station.”

“Excellent location for travelling by tube into central London. Very helpful staff. Bonus points for Aldi and Tesco nearby! We didn't make use of the bar or breakfast option so can't comment, but breakfast did smell very nice! Parking was easy. Would use again.”
