"Staff were amazing. I was able to check in much earlier than normal, which made a huge difference after a very early international flight. The room was good value for the money. The only issue was the noise - where I was located there was quite a bit of building noise, and once or twice the noise of the emergency vehicles from the street 12 stories below woke me up. This wouldn't be a dealbreaker for me, and I would happily stay here again, but for people this might be a bigger issue (particularly if you are a very light sleeper). The location was excellent - train station was within 5 mins walk, the Westfield Mall with two major supermarket options was about 6 mins away, and 5 mins walk in the other direction is Little India with lots of great food options. There is a gym onsite or a commercial one across the road, as well as a park. I travel a lot for work, and I consider this to be an excellent place to stay. If you appreciate hotel lifts that run well and don't make you wait for ever before becoming available, you'll really love this place!"

"Unit very clean and comfortable but apparently the aerial plug had been pulled out from the TV so there was no free to air TV. The clothes dryer wasn’t working properly even after cleaning the lint filter the lint light kept coming on and underneath the filter it was dirty. The safe wasn’t working. The freezer in the fridge wasn’t working. After advising the receptionist of the problems they did send someone to fix the problems. The safe had flat batteries, they plugged in the aerial, they turned the fridge up which helped the freezer but froze everything in the bottom of the fridge. Also we could not get the AC to work in the bedroom. Maybe more maintenance checks would be an idea however if people don’t tell them then they don’t know."

"Got a complimentary room upgrade which is really nice. The room is clean and spacious, comes with spare pillows and blankets. Breakfast is decent, they even provide takeaway cups for coffee. Plenty of parking spaces and it’s free. It’s conveniently connected to Rooty Hill RSL club so you can enjoy their facilities as well. They have great restaurant inside, casino and a coliseum theatre."
