“I am a rewards member but did not have access to member rewards like access to water bottles and internet. That wasn’t a huge deal but what was the worst was the fact that our room had a fire detector that flashed all night lighting up the room. It made it impossible for us to sleep. The food for breakfast was sugary and limited. And the staff were complaining to each other in the lobby rather loudly which made it unpleasant.”

“Location location location. This is the spot. The view, the beach and the sea glass beach a short beautiful walk. This place has the best spot in the area. Clean rooms and friendly helpful staff. A wonderful choice for the Mendocino/Fort Bragg area.”

“This is my third time staying at the hotel trio and I probably will not be back. The rooms were not in the same condition I remembered. More importantly, all 16 washers were “broken” and remain so for the full five days I was there. The reason I chose that hotel is because I needed laundry services. I later found out that the washers worked just fine. It was their POS system which means the washers could’ve been used. They just wouldn’t have received the two dollar fee.”
