"We were attending a wedding and needed to get into the room a little early to get dressed, they went out of their way to help us out. Kuddos to the housekeeping staff! The room was clean and perfect for our needs. From the person who answered the phone, to the people working at the front desk - excellent customer service! Thank you! Our stay was 1 night only from 8/29 to 8/30/26 in room 235, but we felt well cared for."

"Had to sit in parking lot and wait for room to be cleaned they dont start there cleaning till 1 pm i asked for an early checkin on way up i arrived around 1130 12 ish and had to wait till 230 the fireplace didnt work, and i also had to pay 40 dollars cause the room wasnt dog frendly aside from that it i was able to get the r and r i needed"
