"Enjoyed my stay for two nights. Check in/out was easy. Room was clean and comfortable. Close to KIA Center and Florida Mall. The issues I had was there is no microwave in room. I also asked the room attendants for more towels but didn't receive them. I think if you stay for a few nights, you should have more than one towel per person. I really don't like reusing towels. The area around the hotel is very quaint. Cute houses and brick streets. Beautiful homes and lots of parks. If I am to return to this area, I will definitely stay here again."

"Very Disappointing Stay – Poor Cleanliness and Unprofessional Service Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. From the moment I arrived, the entire building smelled strongly like weed, which immediately created a very uncomfortable and unwelcoming atmosphere. When I got to my room, it was clear that cleanliness was a major issue. The room itself was dirty, and even worse, the bed sheets had clearly not been changed or properly cleaned before my arrival. I had to request fresh sheets and then wait over an hour for new bedding, which is completely unacceptable after checking into a hotel. To make matters worse, the front desk staff were unpleasant, unprofessional, and not helpful when addressing these issues. Customer service goes a long way, especially when guests are already dealing with problems, and this team failed badly in that area. Another major inconvenience was the fact that there was no microwave in the room, which made the stay even more frustrating and inconvenient. This hotel honestly has potential, but it feels like it is being run by unprofessional management with little attention to cleanliness, guest comfort, or quality service. With better leadership, proper housekeeping standards, and staff training, this property could be much better. I would not recommend staying here in its current condition until major improvements are made."

"First, for the pros - the hotel and the room was really clean.The staff/valet was pretty nice upon check-in and they even let us check in early so that was a huge plus for us. The hotel also had a gym, pool and laundry machines you can use. I personally only used the gym, which was clean and had a variety of equipment (bikes, ellipticals, treadmills, weights). They also had a water bottle station there so you could refill your water bottle, which was a nice touch. In the 1st floor, they had a convenience store section with food and items you could self check out which came to a pretty good use. Now, the cons- I really didn't like the valet parking (with surcharge). I had previously been researching before I booked the hotel, which hotel had valet, overnight charges, self parking and even compared a few before actually booking. One of the reasons I chose this hotel, was because it mentioned in expedia that it had self park/on site parking. I even checked other sites to make sure, so I was pretty annoyed to find out once I got there, that i needed to pay $35 a night (not counting tip). This was something I wished was written on every website consistently, since i didn't count it as an expense when I budgetted. Another thing was the hours for the gym (8am-10pm). They first said the gym opened at 7am, but then I got an email saying it opened at 8am. I prefer to go really early (like 5am) which is a personal preference, but it leaves me with more time for other stuff. "

"Half of the parking lot was blocked off which severely limits the amount of parking near the hotel. Staff never mentioned alternate parking when checking in earlier in the day. There was no parking available when we returned from dinner and I had to go back to the desk to ask where to park. Alternate parking is in a lot across the street from the hotel. I think the $15 per day charge for parking is unreasonable given you have to park in the next block. Hotel also charged two extra $20 charges to my credit card after I checked out. We called my bank while the charges were still pending and they never went through. Check your credit card statements."

"We only were booking here for one night but the amenity of washer/dryer in room was in the room description (which has since been removed) so I chose the more expensive out of the way location to have this before we flew home. There are no such amenities in any room they offer. They have laundry on site but the was all continently down until the next morning at 9AM. The TV did not ever work, the maintenance man only gave us new batteries and I had shown & explained the connection issue the tv had on it. There was no hot water in our room at 4AM when we had to shower to leave for the airport. The rooms may be renovated but it was done in poor taste and the room smells musty/moldy. The air conditioner cannot keep up as someone else stated so it was humid. The light went out in the bathroom area when I flipped it on at 4 AM as well. I figured I had complained enough and it hadn’t done any good so we left for our flight. The front staff were kind, I’m sure there’s only so much they can do. "

"There were small roaches all around, when we got there our room was not ready.when I complain about the 2 hours late for our new room the lady in charge was very rude in front of other customers. The officer front office was locked all the time we have to stand up and know until someone will show up, this place is ridiculous, I am giving up on Expedia twice already very disappointed, last time was in Kissime/Orlando. Parking was ok, but one of my hubcap was taken, we have to leave a day early due to those conditions, I hope I get a day refund. The kitchen was bare, no even cups to drink water. "
