“The first room we were given was joined to a faulty and extremely noisy water pump, which kept us awake every hour during the first night. “No door on the bathroom in the bedroom, which wouldn't be a problem if I couldn't see the toilet from the bed. If you'd like privacy when you go to the toilet, this might not be for you. But other than that, the venue is amazing and the staff were incredible”

“Excellent customer service provided throughout our stay. Rooms were large and very comfortable. Good choice of food at both our evening meal & breakfast Lovely views over the countryside”

However the moment we checked in we went to the spa where the cryotherapy was broken and we couldn’t order any refreshments as the lady said she couldn’t leave her post. Just one tiny top window above door. 1 fan in the room doesn't do anything. Badly designed place and in a U shape so everyone opposite looks at each other too like a block of flats.”
