Great service. On the edge of the town centre, 10 minutes from the station to catch trains for 30 minutes travelling to London. Also less than 10 minutes to shops and restaurants.

Located only a few minutes walk from train station and main shopping malls. Rooms slightly dated, but clean and comfortable. Need to ask for amenities eg. shower cap. Staff helpful and friendly, breakfast offers good selection of hot and cold options

Breakfast bar okay but low stock of normal breakfast tea as always seemed to have decaf only. Also didn't seem to have anybody available to order eggs so only scrambled available which for the Hilton is surprising. I'm sure this is a regional problem but the water in room made possibly the worse cup of tea I have ever tasted..... not much better in dining room. Did get a space in hotel car park although which was just as well as the multi-storey next door was closed. Staff very helpful and efficient in reception and dining room.

Had a brilliant stay, the room was clean, the bed really comfortable and customer service was great, you even get given warm Hilton cookies upon checking in. Really nice hotel and parking isn't too shabby either. The hotel is a stones throw from the town centre
