Didn't stay at hotel as was covid hotel, hilton no help, yourselves couldn't get through on hold for over half an hour cut off ×2 so gave up. Rang both 2 months ago as email saying there was a problem but neither said there was and confirmed my booking, and said was guaranteed. Still got my money, luckily paid with PayPal so should be able to use them at least. It has cost me nearly £200 to have a hotel of the same quality near to friends who were booked in the Premier inn and then i get this message asking how was my check-in and another saying how is my stay, thought you are taking the p***. I was going to the British motor show so alot of hotels near by were all booked up and i booked what i thought was a good deal in a nice hotel, haha. Manager at hotel basically said speak to you booking agent, not interested. This was also supposed to be a sort of early wedding anniversary treat for us, spoilt. Customer service or help for both yourselves and the hilton a joke. No emergency number, live chat etc. Book elsewhere and save yourself cost,stress hassle and money. Will have to do something really exceptional to make me use them again as trust is gone. Will book direct in future with company's i can rely on and trust not these 2 companies which seem to be a total shower of s***.
