โOne of the best rooms Iโve had in Knoxville. Convenient location. Rooms were quiet. Comfortable beds. Staff/service were average. Werenโt rude, just not friendly or welcoming per se.โ
โWe had a great 3 night stay. We were in town for a football game so it was pretty busy but never seemed loud or crowded. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable - plenty of room for the two of us. The location is great for food, drinks & shopping. Itโs a bit of a walk to the stadium but totally doable. We would definitely stay here again.โ
โ The rooms were super clean and tidy. The lady at the front desk was really nice and helpful, made me feel right at home. Didnโt use the gym. The air conditioning worked well. โ
โThis place is great! From the staff to the clean property & facility. The beds are firm and pillows had both firm and soft options. Walkable restaurants that are open late which was prefect for me. โ
