โOne of the best rooms Iโve had in Knoxville. Convenient location. Rooms were quiet. Comfortable beds. Staff/service were average. Werenโt rude, just not friendly or welcoming per se.โ
โThis hotel is excellent. Itโs in a great location, walkable to all the restaurants and shops. The pool area is very nice. The rooms spacious and clean. Has a great breakfast included, which we only realized the second day. Can be pricey depending on when you are visiting but truly a great hotel in a great location! โ
โThis was the best place weโve stayed in our three days of traveling. Randy at the front desk was wonderfulโfriendly, welcoming, and his Mickey Mouse watch was a fun detail that made us smile. We also appreciated the thoughtful touch of having โWelcome, Shannonโ displayed on the TV when we entered our room. The only drawback was the heavy traffic in the area; what should have been a five-minute drive often took closer to twenty. Overall, though, our stay was very pleasant and memorable.โ
โThe rooms were very comfortable and a great use of space in order to have a refrigerator and microwave without having to take up a lot of space!!
The dining options, within walking distrance, were very good. The ease of getting to UTK campus was great - either straight shot down Cumberland or on the interstate!! Great location!!โ
