"The spa area is nice. The bathrooms were very nice. The watergate complex is in need of capital improvements. However, the decor of the hotel itself is spectacular and unique. The food associated was the Kingbird was terrific and the staff was cordial and courteous."

"Location was perfect for attending a concert at the Anthem. The hotel was nice and room was well kept. We did get there after 4 with possible check-in time of 3 and were told our room wasn't ready. But our wait to get in was short. Staff was my pleasant and kind."
