Fantastic pub/hotel. All the staff were great. The young guy working in the restaurant was very knowledgeable about where the ingredients were sourced from etc. food was great. Just make sure to book your car parking spot early
Fabulous stay at the Bull for 3 nights. Great location in the centre of Woodbridge, opposite the old town hall. Delicious, well thought out food and a nice selection of wines
The room was excellent. Very clean and very comfortable. Mazing staff. We booked dinner on the first night and we were a little dissapointed. The breakfast was OK but unremarkable. Not able to park at hotel.
Beautiful room with views of the square and side street. Incredibly comfy bed and lovely and cool in the heat. Fab was also provided but not needed in the end! Breakfast was delicious and lots of choice. Thoroughly recommend.
On the plus side the housekeeper was excellent and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The bathroom was beautifully tiled but the fittings were not working as they should. We did mention that the sink plug stuck but it was still the same when we left. Breakfast was also excellent and could not fault the full English for quality and cooking.
Only minuses are traffic noise - which is beyond the hotelβs control - but they are single glazed sash windows which we had opened because of the hot still air. The courtyard parking is available for a price but few used it except for unloading and loading suitcases then parking in the street nearby.
We decided to go to the Bull inn as it was situated well for us as we wanted to go to Sutton Hoo and then the next morning go to Framlingham Castle. On arrival at the Bull inn we were meet by friendly staff booked in and given our key to our room which we were very pleased with may i say. As it was Sunday it seemed rude not to have the Bull Sunday roast which we both enjoyed and felt we had to say how good the veg was which were then told that it came from their own allotment , We both had a good night sleep in the king size bed and a nice shower in our bathroom which also had a bath we loved our room and would ask for the same one again as we plan to come back. Breakfast was very good we both went for the full English which I couldnβt fault set us up for the day π
Staff very helpful, room clean , good breakfast .
Could improve the shelving in the bathroom , the wooden stand is very small and unstable and made it difficult to store my make-up and toiletries.
Outstanding. Everything and all staff and waters all are outstanding. No words can describe my satisfaction. Probably the best sleep i got since a very long time in an organic heritage hotel very quiet and warm town. All TV and coffee bar are modern and clean and convenient. I really liked the biscuits made by the chief in the room with a cup of coffee ar 6:00 am overlooking a peaceful and historic 1600s downtown. The breakfast and English muffins mushrooms and eggs are fresh and made with passion.
Many thanks.
Fabulous and faultless stay at a wonderful hotel in a great location. Great staff, good food, lovely room - all absolutely perfect. π
We will come back for sure! ππππππ (six stars because five donβt seem enough!)
