“Our room was perfect for our stay as we wanted twin bed room and had everything needed for our over night stay.
We did not stay for breakfast as we we had to travel on early next day but the tea we had in the garden was lovely.
The thatched guest house was in easy access for walks & visit to Sidmouth. Thank you ”

“Yet another lovely stay at the Imperial Hotel. Such a charming, homely place. Yes it does need a bit of TLC in places but the staff and welcome of this hotel more than makes up for that. Everything was very clean and our room which was one of their superior doubles with sea view which had amazing views of the estuary, sea front and the gardens. Coffee machine in room too small difficult to use.
The noise of extractor fans outside the windows was a constant drone but okay if you're used to noise and not from the quiet countryside.
