“Upon arrival we found the receptionist, Jenny very welcoming and helpful. Dining room staff were also friendly and provided an excellent service. Dinner was well presented and very tasty. Our room was delightful, clean, warm and comfortable, providing a restful and convenient environment needed for our three night stay. We shall certainly return and recommend to others. Thank you ! ”

“Everything was great at my first stay at the Bentley. I did self check in on my journey down and when I arrived the reception lady (Sophie) was nice, friendly and efficient, I paid with my credit card, received my keys and was soon up in my room. The room was large but a wee bit dated and tired looking but the bed was great. The heating radiators looked outdated but they worked efficiently and the room was always warm and cosy.
