“Superb location and very quiet. We were 5 people and wanted a kitchen so this was it. Kitchen had just basics and less than 500m to a food store. All NYC is expensive and this matched. Enough room for us. The only issue was that the WIFI/internet was really slow”

“The Door app was ok once I downloaded but they told me it was called Latch. Finally they provided codes. Should not have to work to open a door. WiFi went out. Coffee maker did not work. Rooms on street side are noisy. Value was not anywhere near the cost. No parking available. Park on the street was what I was told. Would never recommend. There is no staff on site.”

“일단 위치는 31번가에 있어서 바로 뒷골목이 코리아 타운이고, 주요 관광지의 지리적 위치는 좋은 편이었다. 룸은 청결한 편이었으나, 욕실에서 나는 악취때문에 숙소를 옮겨야 하나 하는 고민에 빠지게 만들었다. 후에 관리실에 냄새에 대한 이야기를 했으며, 조치를 취해 준다는 답변을 듣고 관광 하고 왔는데, 전보단 덜하지만 그래도 냄새는 여전 했었다. 만약 다시 뉴욕에 간다면 묵지는 않을 것이다.”

“유대인 거주지역 한복판이라 편의 시설이 전혀없음 그야말로 주택가에 쌩뚱 맞게 호텔 덜렁~깨끗하고 조용함.. 교통이 약간 불편. 주변에 그야말로 정통원리주의자 유태인들 마을이라 이국적이고 색다른 경험은 가능. ”

“The property that I paid for 1st, they told me that the pipe busted after I paid the cleaning fee. I paid for a property to sleep 6 people so 1 person had to sleep on the floor & another person had to sleep on a broken futon couch. The bed I was sleeping on was broken & there was pee stains on sheet & blanket. I asked them for a discount because of the unexpected things my family went through & they stopped communicating with me until the next day. But do not get any property rental from these...
