"Great Location, right next to the canal. Plenty of bars and restaurants on the doorstep. All the staff were really helpful. Internet very good, hotel clean and tidy. Breakfast was also very good with plenty of options. All in all a great stay and will use again for our next stay in birmingham. "

"There are no rooms without carpets - bad news for those of us suffering from asthma. Good news is that you can open the window to get some fresh air. Breakfast was poor, no veggies. Burnt smell, noisy and nothing extra"

"The room was very spacious and nice, clean nice view, had all the things that were needed, bathroom was okay, a little small but not too small, the shower water gets onto the floor and can soak the floor so be careful with that. But overall it’s great."
