Excellent staff, very accommodating to make sure the best experience. I got upgraded to a queen suite which was super nice. I love chilling in their natural hot springs hot tub. It is so relaxing. Breakfast is good with a lot of options including healthy snacks. Easy parking and right next to the walk path to the river. I highly recommended this hotel for anyone.

Nice place. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Loved the hot tub fed from the hot springs. Didn’t check if it’s hotel policy but there wasn’t any cleaning service after the first night stay. But we asked for towels and could get some at the front desk. Not a problem. We just assumed that it was the policy not to provide cleaning unless requested.

Unfortunately, my room smelled like a cat litter box and the heater fan at night squeaked all night so I had to turn it off and it got cold, but I’m just not able to get over the cat litter smell that stayed all night long. On checking in I had to wait 15 minutes while the gal was on the phone and then as I was checking in, she went off into the weeds on some conversation that I was not having with her, which was really bizarre. No bottled water available and the water taste like it just came out of the Hot Springs

Wonderful historic property

I have stayed here several times. It is one of my favorite hotels because of its character. It is an historic property located in Hot Springs Park and thus part of the park’s history. Nice rooms and good breakfast as well.
