"The East Beach Guest House is an unexpected gem in Littlehampton. It is beatifully appointed - stylish and tasteful throughout, down to the last detail, and obviously maintained to a very high standard, and Mark and Richard are the most welcoming and helpful hosts. The location is also great - just a short walk to the beach and there is the wonderful 'East Beach Cafe' restaurant about 10 minutes walk, right next to the beach. I honestly can't recommend it highly enough. We will definitely stay again when next in Littlehampton."

"We could not have chosen a better hotel. Kat and her team are amazing. Our room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Despite this being a pub the room was lovely and quiet. Food was delicious with lots of options. Breakfast was out of this world excellent. Location couldn't be better as it is right opposite the railway station. All in all a great experience. Thanks again Kat and team. You are the best."

"We loved the swan hotel. Although our room was A Snug room if it hadn’t of been for the extreme hot weather it would’ve been great. It was a little claustrophobic. The bed was extremely comfortable, bathroom was a little tight but the shower was big. Ask for a low floor if you have difficulty with stairs as they’re quite steep. We received a warm welcome on arrival and the amazing friendliness of the staff continued through our 2 night stay. Special mention goes to Lee the manager, Sally our fun waitress, Peter the Barman and the young student at breakfast (sorry can’t remember his name. We had trouble with our room lock and Lee went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the solution. Ee would definitely stay at this hotel again. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay so relaxing. Location was perfect, right in the centre of town."
