"The best staff I have ever had the pleasure of being taken care of by. They made the stay so much more enjoyable and safe feeling. I travel alone with my kids, so Safety is a huge issue and this is one of the safest places we have ever traveled. The island is great. The resort is amazing with lots of things to do and you don’t even really have to leave if you don’t want to. We will be back next year."

"Beautiful property, with very professional staff. A few standouts for me, and certainly the reason I'd visit again, are: The Catalina staff, front desk, and concierge services were top tier! My only feedback is that the food was really expensive, and I don't believe the value was there (food preparation/amount of food served). Our stay was truly amazing, and I will visit again as this is my hotel of choice. Great job with training staff at the Catalina and Pom-Pom. You all truly understand what white-glove customer service means. Thank you all!"
