All in all great place

Great location, very well equipped ( had two cats with me, vacuum cleaner and the mop, plus washing machine were well appreciated) And a mug of coffee in the morning were great to have. The noise level is a bit high if the flat is facing Main Street and the eclectic socket is very far from the bed ( charging phones and listening to an audio book was a challenge) so next time an extension cord is a must. Really enjoyed my stay, located in the middle of the old town Gives many advantages vs staying in a posh hotel in outskirts . With the cleaning team was a bit more thorough though.

Arrived a little early for booking in but was pleased to say we were give the key and direction oh how to find it apartment gate 7 room 28. Once we found the right place the first thing we noticed was that the lift in the building was out of order so up we go all 92 steps till the top, opened the door and a strange smell hit us right away the place looked clean enough but very run down lights hanging out if ceiling curtains/ rails missing from the windows there was one bedroom with 4 beds 3 singles and one double no curtains but blinds on windows the bounce bed mattress was very thin an felt like you were sleeping in slots; the single beds were comfortable you also had a sofa bed in living area

Perfekt sted, rett på Rynek, det store torge midt i den gamle byen. Men det var kjølig i leiligheten. Jeg vet ikke om det blir muligheten for oppvarming. Jeg så ingen mulighet, men spurte ikke. Det finnes ingen vask på badet. Det finnes et stort speil på veggen ved side av badetkaret, men ingen vask. Totalt sett, et hyggelig opphold.

The location is the best thing here - unless you want a quiet night! It's very close to an extremely busy road and a couple of bars, but it gets hot in summer so you'll need the window open, which is hardly ideal. But you're only a stone's throw from the old market square, which is a big plus. Generally the apartment was in a slightly run-down state - there was a cupboard door missing and the shower was only just holding itself together (the door had been replaced by a shower curtain). We had a problem with the sheets and towels - they were pretty grim when we arrived, but at our request Lucky Apartments switched them the next day.

Horrible standards. Bathroom door was a shower curtain, spilled stains of unidentified liquid on the walls and unclean and horrible in general. Took this up with the staff in the reception but their attitude was even worse than the standard of the room (??!!??!!??)

Speedway GP trip to Wroclaw

Nice apartment, pretty basic so was fine just to sleep in. 2 of us slept on a very hard sofa bed which is only really suitable for a couple of days. Bigger sheet needed for the sofa bed because it didnt quite cover it and we only had one pillow each. Was in a backstreet which was quite scary late at night.

Zdecydowanie nie!

Opis "apartamentu" zdecydowanie pomija kilka ważnych szczegółów. Po pierwsze znajduje się na wysokiej kondygnacji (bez windy) więc jeśli ktoś ma cięższe bagaże lub słabo radzi sobie ze schodami, to będzie miał problem. Aby dotrzeć do mieszkania trzeba przebrnąć przez dość upiorną klatkę schodową. W środku jest dość wygodnie ale niestety głośno od pobliskich ulic i deptaka. Ręczniki, pościele i niektóre elementy wyposażenia czasy świetności mają dawno za sobą (odbarwienia, dziury itp.) Samo mieszkanie tez wymaga odświeżenia, bo zacieki i odłażąca farba na suficie w salonie nie są zbyt przyjemne. W moim przypadku na miejscu okazało się, że jednak nie można skorzystać z parkingu, choć w opisie słowem nie wspomniano, że jest to od czegokolwiek uzależnione lub że wymaga wcześniejszej rezerwacji. Najgorzej z tego wszystkiego oceniam obsługę, która okazała się nieuprzejma i niepomocna.

Kanonläge men det saknas lite

Läget var kanon mitt i stan. Lägenheten såg nyrenoverad ut men var fuktskadad i taket trasiga prylar i köket och trasiga lakan. Handdukarna luktade ofräscht. Dålig ventilation i badrummet vilket gjorde att det blev fuktigt inne. Kunde inte ha fönster och dörrar öppna på natten då vi bodde mitt i stan med barer och trafik. Totalt sett ok men inte mer. På sommaren är det varmt och med dålig ventilation och ingen ac blev det lite svårt att sova.

Rummet på 74 kvm saknade persienner och gardiner så var mycket ljust. Sängen var väldigt hård. I övrigt ett mycket bra boende för pengarna som var tyst och låg mitt i stan. 2 badrum och stor köksdel.

L’appartamento era molto semplice, la cucina era corredata di stoviglie, il bollitore inutilizzabile dallo sporco, nessuna possibilità di appendere gli asciugamani, divano letto duro come il legno, non coi sono oscuranti né tapparelle, né tende scure. Il rumore di notte è costante. Il wi-fi inesistente seppur segnalato sul sito.: alle nostre richieste di chiarimenti hanno ovviato il giorno prima del rientro con un nuovo router. Consigliato per giovani che non hanno problemi a dormire in una zona rumorosa e senza possibilità di schermare il sole del mattino.

Great central location. Not so great desk staff

We asked for a 2 bedroom apartment because we'd were traveling with teens. We got only a one bedroom. No wifi. We told the front desk twice... no repair. No one seemed to care

Slabo, stary i zniszczony apt.

Po poprzednim pobycie w sieci Lucky Apt i super jakosci, spodziewalem sie czegos podobnego. A tu stare mieszkanie z odpadajacymi listwami przy podlodze, brudne naczynia, brak swiatla w przedpokoju, ogolnie niezbyt czysto, np w lazience. Ogolnie wszedzie oprocz sypialni staro i smutno.

Great location, spacious apartment.

The apartment is very centrally located - close to central railway station, a number of trams and buses, the old town, shops. Great sound insulation from the outside noise (which was considerable) but slightly less so from other apartments. The place was clean but the quality of bedding and towels left A LOT to be desired. It all looked like it came from a charity box, nothing matched, the bottom sheet was way too short for the size of the bed, the top cover wasn’t wide or long enough for the bed and two people. The hair dryer melted when turned on, promptly replaced by another one which also started to melt. The third one worked ok. The admin people were generally very responsive to requests. Wi-Fi worked well, TV was in Polish and had only news channels in English and other languages.
