"The room in general is clean; the stuff is helpful. Due to our plan changes, we have made 3 bookings covers 5 nights. However, I did not know there are two Zhongshan Perth Lodge locations so the two nights were booked in Lihe Plaza and the other in MIXC. I went to MIXC location when I checked in but found it's wrong. However, the check in lady is very helpful to figure out the situation and called a taxi send us to Lihe Plaze. The young check in lady of MXIC site had been waiting us at the mall entrance. Really good customer service!"

"Staffs are okay! Not totally impressive at the room because it’s a bit dark and the furniture are older. The only good thing is we purchased the buffet breakfast. Staffs at the restaurant were courteous and hospitable. Greeted us with sincerity and thanked us when we left! There’re many options of food to choose from. "

"Everything was good except dinner service. I ordered dinner on my last night and the main food came in around 20 minutes. I was the only guest at that time, It took me about 10 minutes to finish my Hor Fun and the other dish which is a vegetable dish hasn't being served. When I checked with the service staff, I was told it was not done yet and there was also another dish (fried chicken) which I did not ordered is almost done and to be served. This surprised me as I was the only diner at that time. Why was it so difficult to cook 2 simple dishes? If there was room services that the kitchen has to attend to, at least the staff should have told me that I will have to wait a while for my food to be served. This is basic courtesy isn't it. In the end I have to walk away without finishing my dinner as the staff did not come back to give me a respond after checking with the kitchen on my vegetable dish."
