"Modest room; breakfast was minimal. The room was adequate. It didn't seem to represent good value but perhaps I don't understand the local market. The location was good with an excellent supermarket with a cafe and Starbucks across the parking lot. The hotel was convenient to the University campus."

"Under reconstruction, AC was very hard to understand and control. Indoor Pool temp was way to cool. Evening staff had not yet been trained. Breakfast foods were good, however the one person staff did not keep up with refilling trays, etc. The pancake maker was not working correctly."

"Serviceable hotel - some updating but the door to our room looked like someone tried to claw their way in. Damp smell in room. Leaky iron in our room. Replaced with another leaky iron. Front desk wouldn't exchange it with an iron in empty room."

"The owners should be removed from the Expedia system. How can they be allowed to cancel a reservation just because they know the customer is through Expedia and they can get more money from a walk in customer. NOT ACCEPTABLE...."
